Job Summary

The Logistics Assistant will provide operational and logistics support for COOPI’s humanitarian interventions. The successful candidate will assist in procurement processes, inventory management, supplier coordination, documentation, and logistics reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Support

– Maintain and archive procurement documents.
– Track and verify invoices before payment.
– Issue tender documents to suppliers when required.
– Support the updating of supplier and price lists.
– Enter procurement data into the organization’s logistics software.

– Support fuel management and tracking activities.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess:

– A university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Relevant experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations.
