Key Responsibilities

Procurement Support

– Maintain and archive procurement documents.
– Track and verify invoices before payment.
– Issue tender documents to suppliers when required.
– Support the updating of supplier and price lists.
– Enter procurement data into the organization’s logistics software.

Logistics Operations

– Support fuel management and tracking activities.
– Maintain logistics records and reports.
– Assist with inventory and asset management.
– Ensure compliance with COOPI logistics procedures and donor requirements.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess:

– A university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Relevant experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations.
– Good organizational and communication skills.
– Knowledge of procurement procedures and logistics systems.
– Experience working with NGOs or humanitarian organizations will be an added advantage.
